You will receive door access instructions in your booking confirmation email.

Door access is available beginning 15 minutes before your scheduled booking.

The 15 minutes prior to your booking is an opportunity for warm-up stretching.

Please take the time to read our rules prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth experience for you and others.

Your bay projector will activate at your scheduled time and de-activate when your session ends.

Please be mindful of guests waiting to begin play after your session ends and exit the bay area as safely and promptly as possible.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of your scheduled time will receive a full refund or credit to your account.
